SEA GLASS BEACH PLACE HOTEL OPEN!

This boutique-style Wyndham Hotel has 30 stylish rooms in the heart of Lauderdale by the Sea.

Jacob Construction served as the general contractor for the construction of this three-story boutique hotel, located just one block from the ocean in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. From initial design consultation to project completion, we collaborated closely with the developer and designer, Justin Architects, to ensure the property met the high standards of the Wyndham Trademark Collection brand.

Sea Glass Place highlights modern coastal architecture, high-end finishes, and some nice amenities, catering to both business and leisure travelers. The hotel has a beautiful outdoor pool and lounging area, 30 surface level parking spots, and a guest/service elevator.

Given its prime coastal location coastal construction best practices was applied by Jacob to enhance durability against Florida’s climate conditions. The project was delivered on time and within budget, adding a premier hospitality destination to the Lauderdale-by-the-Sea community.
