North Flagler Home Design

Jacob Luxury Homes, in collaboration with Borrero Architecture, Deerfield Beach, FL (@borrero_architecture) is in the final stages of design and pre-construction of this beautiful new home.

This property features two homes on-site, with a main residence at 5,000 sf and an accessory/guest home at slightly more than 1,000 sf. Both homes are two stories in height, with complementary exterior design features.
